Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Facials use your own blood’s platelets & plasma to stimulate collagen growth, tighten wrinkles & rejuvenate your entire face. Lynsey, your nurse technician, will begin the process by drawing your blood and then spinning the blood in a centrifuge to extract the protein-rich plasma (PRP). The natural chemicals in your own PRP are spread over your face and then micro-needled into the skin. Once the plasma is in, it begins to do its work of rejuvenating your entire face, tightening wrinkled areas, and smoothing the overall look. It’s able to do that because PRP’s essential chemical components stimulate collagen growth. Results of this treatment last approximately six months.

The PRP must remain on your face for 12-24 hours for maximum absorption so you won’t be able to wash your face until the next day. After the procedure you will experience some redness and your skin may feel tight, dry, and sensitive to the touch but this resolves quickly. Refrain from wearing makeup for a few days to aid in healing.
