A hippie at heart with a love for art and beauty—which inspired my cosmetic tattoo + beauty studio. I believe that creating great brows + lips involves both art and science, which is why I marry my speech pathology background with my artists’ eye— A deep knowledge of bone structure + muscle movement paired with expert color theory + illustration skills allow me to create the most realistic results based on your unique facial expressions. With 4 years of experience + a commitment to continuing education, my goal is to provide natural looking results that will last and look great over time.

Bre is a cosmetic tattoo artist originally from Virginia Beach, VA. Bre has extensive training from the Permanent Makeup School of Virginia in the art of eyeliner, lips, and brows. She is known for her attention to detail and adds her precision eyeliner work to our service menu. Bre takes the time to throughly understand her clients needs and is passionate about educating clients on all aspects of permanent makeup. Bre enjoys meeting new people, traveling, and spending time with her girlfriend + cat.
